Among the most sought-after classic motorcycles for collectors is the 1971 Laverda SFC 750.
Only 549 SFC 750s were produced between 1971 and 1976 in three series.
The Laverda SFC 750 presented here is a model from the second series, produced in 1971 in a limited run of 78 units (series 8000).

We do not know the history of this motorcycle, and we wonder if it is a new motorcycle, one with very low mileage (there is no original odometer), or a restored one.
In the latter case, it would be a high-quality concours restoration.

In 1971, our colleague Hubert Rigal was an official endurance rider for the Laverda Corse team.
He therefore rode an official SFC racing motorcycle in the 1971 Bol d’Or.
On this occasion, he had the pleasure of meeting Piero and Giovanni Laverda.

We sent Piero Laverda an email with photos and the serial number of this machine to get his opinion.

Giovanni Laverda told us that the motorcycle was perfect and that at the time, SFC customers wishing to race or ride on the track received Ceriani brakes, Dell’Orto carburetors, and Dunlop tires as standard equipment from the factory.

These accessories enhance the motorcycle’s value.

The documents exchanged with the Laverda brothers in October 2025 are available.

This Laverda SFC is therefore in perfect condition.

It is featured in Massimo Borghesi’s registry (Registro Laverda 750 SFC).

It is located in France (Paris) and with an Italian road registration.
