This sublime 1975 Benelli 750 Sei is one of the rare “Prima Serie” models, the first series of the mythical 750 6 cylinder.
Easily to distinguish with its magnificent Ceriani forks, the Brembo twin-disks and its starter lock beneath the tank.
This model is hardly diffused and much rarer than the succeeding MK 2 and MK 3 models.
The here presented bike is in excellent overall condition. It underwent a full restoration in May 2009 using many new parts. The very rare green paint is conforming the original specifications. Only few of the Sei were commercialised in this tone.
The famous 6 exhaust pipes are absolutely new and fully correspond the original specifications.
The upholstery was renewed fully matching the original specifications with the specific design of the first series.
The dashboard, counters, mirrors, wiring of the wheels, brakes and pads, main cylinder kit, chain kit, tires; all these parts are new.
The bike is equipped with a more reliable electronic ignition.
The engine was entirely overhauled and all wear parts replaced: bearings, gaskets, chains, tensioners, piston rings, improvement of the gearbox reliability etc.
The bike has only run 287 km since its restoration.
It’s now available in the south of France with French Collector's registration. |
