This superb 1974 Maico 125 RS 2 is one of the last privateer bikes produced by Maico (series 6, RS2/6). The bike is complete and in working order. Meanwhile the restarting work should be undertaken since the bike remained in a collection for over 30 years.
It’s equipped with front drum brakes from a 1973 Yamaha TZ.
125cc, mono-cylinder air cooled, 25 HP and 6 speed gearbox. A total production of only 146 samples of the 125 RS2 privateer bikes left the Maico factory from 1969 to 1974.
