Already a long-time classic, the Harley-Davidson 1200 FLH and its glorious Shovel Head engine has already marked its time and entered the hearts of generations of riders until it was replaced in 1983 by an all-new aluminum block, the "Evolution," also called "Block Head." Nowadays, the 1200 FLH is an eagerly sought-after motorcycle.
The motorcycle we are happy to offer was purchased by the current owner a little over 20 years ago. At this time had been extremely well preserved and meticulously maintained by its previous owner, this beautiful machine was entirely restored in the past two years. The engine and gearbox were completely rebuilt by a Harley-Davidson restorer specialized in the maintenance of ShovelHead engines. He also optimized the engine sump lubrication system, increasing the reliability of the engine. Last but not least, this Harley-Davidson is equipped with a S & S "Super B" carburettor and its typical alloy cover.
Since its restoration, this Harley-Davidson 1200 FLH was only driven 2.200 km. In perfect working condition, it is immediately available in Burgundy with its French registration.
